  • Do you have a physical location?
    Yes we do! We have a warehouse store at our head office, located at: 30 Rue Montrose, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 3J9 Note: Hours of operation for our warehouse store are: Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 3pm
  • Why am i ordering in Australian sizing
    Azura Australia is a swimwear brand designed in Australia, therefore the sizing on the swimsuit will be Australian sizing. We have included the equivalent Canadian sizing on each product page, as well as on our size chart to ensure you get the right size. Note we have been selling Azura Australia in Canada for over 10 years with this size conversion, please refer to our sizing guide to make sure you get your correct Canadian equivalent size.
  • Payment Methods
    Currently we are only accepting payments via PayPal. Note you can still checkout through PayPal as guest to pay with your credit card.
  • Where do i send my returns?
    You can send your returns to our head office located at: 30 Rue Montrose, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 3J9
  • How long do i have to return my purchase?
    You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Where is my refund?
    We issue refunds via PayPal as soon as we receive your return. Note if you dont have a PayPal account and have paid with your credit card through PayPal, you will receive the refund on your credit card.
